     This amorphous core cutting machine is specially designed for automatic cutting and stacking amorphous alloy strips for cores. This line adopts PLC control, servo drive, touch screen operation and high precision mechanical transmitting mechanisms, and so assures high automation, high productivity and high reliability. This machine mainly satisfies for processing 3-phase-3-column big amorphous alloy cores.

1 Overview

    The amorphous alloy core cutting line, mainly for amorphous alloy iron core automatic cutting and automatic stacking. But also for similar processing requirements.

The cutting line adopts high-capacity PLC control mode, servo execution system, color touch screen man-machine interface and high-precision mechanical transmission mechanism to ensure high automation, high productivity and high reliability of the machine.
